Now we’ve had a contract that we didn’t sign up for and I noticed it on our FLP bill. I called and cancelled the contact. I was told by Homserve that they had a signed letter and postcard from us, which we never sent. I requested all my money back and was refused. I will check on October 2 to see if the cancellation went through. I filed a complaint with the BBB and am waiting for a call from Homeserve regarding my BBB complaint. Is there a law suit about this situation? Thank you.
