Our home was built in 1997 in Florida and polybutylene piping was used. At this time, we cannot find a homeowner’s insurance company to insure our home and our mortgage company is force placing insurance at an astronomical cost. My question is whether or not we can bring a claim against the manufacturer of the polybutylene pipes. Thanking you in advance for your response.

Is it too late to bring a settlement lawsuit against HOA in 2019. The statute in Nevada requires that a picture is presented in a courtesy notice, when HOA is addressing an issue before the homeowner. However, they omitted this step and falsely accused my family of a non-working vehicle that didn’t belong to us. And belonged. to the neighbor across the street. I remember bringing this matter to the Ombudsman attention and he said come and get your money. But I thought he was being sarcastic.

I am looking into finding a lawyer for a Class action lawsuit against Hansons Roofing. Since March 2023 I have been fighting to get my roof finished. I have had to pay for a building code inspection, which Hansons never had done when they put the roof on, and have gone through the litigation process with no luck. When the Building Inspector came out in November 2023 he informed me of all the problems he could see and was recommending a complete tear-off and redo. Hansons, since the last litigation meeting, has been trying to do part of the roof and not finish what they started in March. Here we are going into winter which is not the season to do roofs, unless it is an emergancy.

In talking to appraisers and other trades personnel in the construction industry., they have mentioned a lot of issues with Hansons in general. Poor quality of work, warranty not valid, breaking items and the owners had to replace at personal cost to name a few.

In reply to Justin Wright. I'm also a tenant of Harbor Group in Phoenix Az. I filed a civil lawsuit in small claims 09/29/2023 but their big time group of lawyers are trying to bully me because I can't afford an attorney because I'm disabled on a fixed income. please hang in there. hopefully it's gets better

This article alludes to a “Halo Water System Lawsuit” that it never identifies. It doesn’t even identify where the lawsuit was filed, whether it is class-action, the remedy being sought, the case number, or anything else. Therefore, I do not trust this article.

I’m in hospital now and have been here a week. I have neuropathy in my feet and hands. It’s taken over my life. I can’t walk, bath myself, drive a car, work , and even going to the bathroom because I have no balance at all. I can’t write either. It’s from the zinc in fixadent. I Have Copper deficiency so they are giving copper and in the next few days I have to go to rehabilitation for a few more weeks.

Homeserve USA signed up my husband, James Netzel without his signing a letter or postcard in North Port Florida. Now we’ve had a contract that we didn’t sign up for and I noticed it on our FLP bill. I called and cancelled the contact. I was told by Homserve that they had a signed letter and postcard from us, which we never sent. I requested all my money back and was refused. I will check on October 2 to see if the cancellation went through. I filed a complaint with the BBB and am waiting for a call from Homeserve regarding my BBB complaint. Is there a law suit about this situation? Thank you.
